Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Digital Navado Talent are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a thriving independant recruitment agency, based in Dubai.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who has experience recruiting across tech or digital, and is looking for their next role. Joining as a Senior / Principal Consultant, you will join a team of experienced Recruiters, who have an extremely successful track record, and have already hit company target for the year, exceeding record breaking months back to back.This position is a dual desk offering and comes with the opportunity to progress into a Team Lead role, once you’ve embedded into the team and are ready for management.The role: Sales and business development – 360 Recruitment Working dual desk – Perm and Contract Demonstrating best practice resourcing and application of sourcing and screening techniques, at volume Being highly proactive by utilising available resources Interview and selection of candidates Ability to liaise with clients and candidates at senior level Management of the whole recruitment process, including relaying feedback Negotiate recruitment fees and remuneration packages for candidates Requirements: Proven experience in tech or digital recruitment Track record of successful 360 billings Ability to work consultatively and build strong relationships Strong organisational and time management skills Salary & Benefits: 16,000 aed - 20,000 aed Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm Work from home 2 days a week Work remotely 3 months a year, every year!Friday drinks and early finish Flexible work scheme About us: Navado Talent is a Dubai Rec2Rec serving all recruitment markets across the UAE and covering both 180 and 360 recruitment jobs right up to leadership roles.
