Cloud Operations Engineer

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage public cloud resources including servers networks databases and container clusters.Ensure optimal performance and security of cloudbased infrastructure.2. Application Stability: Monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications.Implement measures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.3. Daily Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates issue resolution emergency response and technical support.Document and report on all maintenance activities and incidents.4. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.5. Incident Management: Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues.Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.6.
