Junior Designer – Marketing & Events

We are looking for a junior designer to provide visual solutions for Motivate’s marketing needs.Manage the workflow of the Design function to ensure standards are maintained.Design and manage creative executions across multiple platforms (print, digital, social, video) for marketing and event campaigns.Design marketing collateral for events.Create ads for Motivate products ranging from magazines, books & events.Update the company website with recent covers.Design web-based marketing collateral.Create newsletters and emailers.Revision of external ads to confirm production pre-press specification.Ensure design work is completed within allocated time frames of design briefs.Job requirements: Graduate in Art/Graphic design At least 2 to 3 years in the field of graphics Proficiency in working on Mac and Adobe Suite applications.Fast and accurate in producing material required.Ability to work in a team.Motivate Media Group is the region’s leading multi-platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions & events, cinema, books and OOH.Interested candidates may apply by attaching a copy of their CV, a cover letter, and a brief portfolio of their work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
