You will be responsible, with the help of the Team Lead, for creating, shaping and optimizing our digital campaigns while also working with multiple internal teams including marketing, design and development to create and execute end-to-end marketing strategies.In this role, you will: Articulate and drive the strategy and results around our efforts to engage customers and drive business growth using various online marketing channels Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Define OKRs (objectives and key results) for channel experiences and campaigns Bayut & dubizzle have the unique distinction of being iconic, homegrown brands with a strong presence across the seven emirates in the UAE.
