Come join us today!Job Description & Requirements Published on 07/07/2025Overview Assist the Workshops Management to accomplish intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all aviation life support equipment (ALSE)/NVG. Knowledge and understanding of all aircrew flight equipment and chemical/biological defense equipment utilized by the unit's aircrew to ensure aircrew flight equipment/components meet airworthiness criteria, operate within specified tolerances, and are mission ready to support daily and critical combat operations.Will also be responsible for: Supervising and providing technical guidance to subordinate personnel performing maintenance on ALSE/NVG equipment.Evaluating maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and operational policies.Ensuring subordinates manage all forms and records in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 and related publications.Performing maintenance trend analysis and applying production control, quality control, and other maintenance management principles to ALSE/NVG repair shop operations.Instructing personnel and conducting technical training in ALSE/NVG equipment, maintenance, supply, and safety procedures.Evaluating the technical training program for host nation personnel.Serving as the focal point for all parts, tools, shop stock, and supply requisitions.Maintaining accountability for all tools and equipment assigned to the shop.Keeping a current technical library in accordance with shop mission and equipment.Performing fit checks and adjustments on flight helmets, oxygen masks, survival vests, and other ALSE items for military and contractor flight crew members.Being responsible for all safety matters of personnel and equipment in the ASE Workshop.Providing oversight, guidance, and counseling to all personnel assigned.Enhancing the Shop's capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
