We’re Hiring: Head of Technical Department About the Role: Oversee and coordinate the installation of photovoltaic panels, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards;Supervise and guide the installation team, providing assistance and troubleshooting as needed;Utilize electrical knowledge to ensure installations are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations;Collaborate with the project manager and other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in photovoltaic panel installation, with a solid understanding of electrical systems;Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of installers to deliver high-quality work;Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide hands-on support in challenging situations;Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards related to solar panel installation;Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;Valid category B driver’s license (mandatory).
