With sustainability at its core and designed to reflect the city’s unique identity, the project will continue in the transformation of the city into a global hub for living, leisure, and investment.The Role As Commercial Executive Director, you’ll take the lead in defining and executing an ambitious commercial strategy that fuels revenue, drives innovation, and supports dynamic partnerships. From strategic planning to due diligence, joint ventures, and go-to-market success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a major impact at a pivotal stage in growth.Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic commercial planning in line with business goals and five-year forecasts.Drive feasibility studies, financial modelling, and business case development for key real estate projects.Identify and structure investment and partnership opportunities, including JVs and project financing.Guide sales and marketing efforts to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.Establish and oversee clear roadmaps and commercial frameworks to meet revenue targets.Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.Evaluate new business opportunities for commercial, technical, and financial viability.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across development, projects, and executive leadership.Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to keep the business competitive and forward-thinking.Contribute to business planning, risk assessments, and long-term strategic initiatives.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or similar; MBA preferred.Professional certifications such as MRICS/RICS are a plus.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Skills & Competencies: Expertise in commercial real estate and deal execution.Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.Fluent English (Arabic preferred), with excellent communication and presentation skills.Technically savvy with MS Office and commercial evaluation tools.Deep knowledge of GCC markets, regulatory environments, and commercial frameworks.This is a high-impact leadership role for a visionary commercial strategist ready to help shape a transformative real estate portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
