You’ll be part of a core team focused on innovation and long-term impact across key areas such as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel, e-fuels, and advanced feedstock technologies.The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen to drive strategic investments, identify market opportunities, and guide policy-aligned initiatives that leverage conventional oil sector expertise in a low-carbon future.Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse global market trends, policies, and regulatory developments in the sustainable fuels space Identify and assess business opportunities across feedstocks, production technologies, and end-use markets Contribute to the development of a forward-looking investment portfolio in clean fuel technologies Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align technical initiatives with strategic goals Support evaluation of pathways such as HEFA, co-processing, and power-to-liquid manufacturing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally including time spent with an operator Strong background in sustainable fuels, business development, and market analysis Familiarity with technologies such as HVO diesel, renewable diesel, e-fuels, and SAFProven ability to engage stakeholders across technical and commercial functions Additional Info: This is a residential position based in the UAEFull relocation support provided, including schooling for dependents and other expat benefits Competitive package (details to be discussed upon shortlisting)Ready to take your energy expertise into the sustainable future?
