Come join us today!Job Description & Requirements Published on 07/07/2025Overview Assist the Workshops Management to accomplish aviation unit and intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all assigned aircraft components.Responsibilities include: Supervising and providing technical guidance to personnel performing maintenance on aircraft pneudraulic equipment.Evaluating maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and policies.Managing all forms and records in accordance with DA PAM 738-751 and related publications.Performing maintenance trend analysis and applying production control, quality control, and maintenance management principles.Training personnel on aircraft armament maintenance, supply, and safety techniques.Evaluating the technical training program for host nation personnel.Managing parts, tools, shop stock, and supply requisitions.Maintaining accountability for tools and equipment.Keeping a current technical library aligned with shop needs.Ensuring safety for personnel and equipment.Providing oversight, guidance, and counseling to personnel.Enhancing the shop's capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
