Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage. Provide directions to guests.Arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine) for guests and record requests. Explain parking procedures. Follow company policies, report incidents, maintain uniform and confidentiality.Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist those with disabilities, and thank guests. Communicate professionally, develop positive relationships, and adhere to quality standards.Perform physical tasks such as moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and assisting with heavier objects with help. Move over uneven surfaces, stairs, ramps, and reach overhead or below knees as needed.
