Guest experience is a true British heritage and history with a visit to one of the world's most celebrated ocean liners, now permanently docked in the new marina at Dubai's Port Rashid in the UAE.Job Description Greet and welcome guests.Assist guests with luggage and maintain the luggage room and long-term luggage store in a neat and orderly manner.Maintain VIP/Group and individual arrivals reports.Attend to inquiries and provide accurate information to guests.Determine and ensure compliance with all key control policies and manage all safe deposit boxes for guests.Evaluate the daily status of all hotel operations and coordinate with various departments such as reservation, sales, and housekeeping to ensure an optimal level of guest satisfaction.Qualifications Proficiency in Opera property management system.Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Hospitality background preferred.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
