We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to support the Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of multitasking, and have prior experience in administrative or supervisory roles within a fast-paced office environment.Key Responsibilities: Support the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations.Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and support staff.Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor relations.Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising office events.Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).Help monitor and report office expenses, petty cash, and budgeting support.Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all team members.Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders.Support onboarding processes and employee coordination in collaboration with HR.Step in for the Office Manager when required to ensure continuity.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles (UAE experience preferred).Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Accounting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RFZ Accounting by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Assistant Office Manager” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
