We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead Ali & Sons Interior (ASI) into its next phase of growth. This executive role is responsible for setting strategic direction, driving sustainable profitability, and representing ASI among key stakeholders in the UAE and beyond.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute ASI’s strategic plan aligned with the company’s vision and long-term goals.Lead short-, medium-, and long-term planning initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and growth.Oversee business strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment across functional departments.Represent ASI with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, clients, and partners, to enhance the company’s reputation and expand strategic alliances.Ensure financial soundness through effective budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring to drive profitability and ROI.Provide direction on company-wide policy development and governance, working closely with the Senior General Manager.Establish clear KPIs and performance targets in line with corporate objectives.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards through internal audits and regular reviews.Build a positive organizational culture that supports growth, engagement, and performance excellence.Lead and mentor a high-performing leadership team, promoting accountability and professional development.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Why Join Us: At Ali & Sons Interior, we are committed to excellence in every project we deliver.
