Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Our client, an established leader in innovation and digital transformation, is seeking an Oracle Tech Lead to architect and deliver robust technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This strategic role focuses on ensuring high-performance integrations, customizations, and data processes that align with enterprise objectives and cloud-first initiatives.As an Oracle Tech Lead, you will take ownership of technical design and development across Oracle Saa S and Paa S platforms. You’ll work closely with functional stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to build scalable ERP extensions, integrations, and reporting solutions. This role is critical to maintaining solution integrity, supporting agile delivery, and driving best practices across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of custom components for Oracle Fusion ERP using tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and ADFDI.Implement and manage cloud integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST, and SOAP APIs.Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.Ensure technical solutions are aligned with Oracle's cloud architecture standards and security policies.Support release cycles, including system patching, upgrades, and regression testing.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance.Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integration logic, data mappings, and configuration.Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Experience: 10+ years of technical experience with Oracle ERP systems, including 5+ years working within Oracle Cloud (Saa S and Paa S environments).Technical Skills: BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View REST/SOAP Web Services Data migration tools: FBDI, ADFDIOracle Security Console, RBACAgile and Scrum delivery practices Oracle Cloud certifications (preferred)Why Join: This is a unique opportunity to lead ERP technology initiatives within a dynamic, cloud-centric organization.
