…The Construction Planner will lead and manage all aspects of project planning and scheduling across the lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating the project schedule in alignment with client requirements, contractor milestones, and du’s internal delivery strategy.The planner will act as the central interface for planning activities between du, vendors, contractors, and Microsoft’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) team—ensuring full schedule transparency, coordination, and on-time project delivery.The Construction Planner will lead and manage all aspects of project planning and scheduling across the lifecycle of hyperscale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and integrating the project schedule in alignment with client requirements, contractor milestones, and du’s internal delivery strategy.The planner will act as the central interface for planning activities between du, vendors, contractors, and Microsoft’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) team—ensuring full schedule transparency, coordination, and on-time project delivery.3. Key Accountabilities Develop and maintain the Master Construction Schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.Interface directly with Microsoft’s IMS team, ensuring full alignment of schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and perform variance and delay analysis to identify critical risks.Collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to integrate planning inputs and sequencing.Provide regular updates, forecast reports, and perform what-if analyses to support proactive project decision-making.Lead and facilitate planning workshops with internal teams and external contractors.Ensure all scheduling activities are compliant with contractual requirements and contribute to claims avoidance or resolution.Support project reporting by producing dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level summaries for key stakeholders.4.
