1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Unisoft Global Services Location: Dubai (WFO)Experience: 6-8 YOESalary: Best in Market VISA: Provided Immediate Joiner apply*NOTE: Please read JD before applying JOB PURPOSEAs the Product Owner for SAP Basis, BTP, and Cloud Solutions, you will lead the technical strategy and agile delivery of the SAP platform across both on-premise and cloud environments. Your role encompasses the modernization of SAP infrastructure, the enablement and governance of SAP BTP capabilities, and the integration of SAP Cloud solutions with enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and user experience, while aligningwith strategic priorities across ERP, Finance, Procurement, HR, Analytics, and Security domains. Ultimately, you will drive business value through innovation, operational excellence, and platform agility.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES* Define and execute the roadmap for SAP platform modernization and transformation leveraging SAP BTP and hyperscaler cloud services (Azure, AWS, SAP RISE).* Govern and manage the end-to-end SAP landscape, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BW, GRC, PI/PO, BO, BODS, Solution Manager, and integrated systems.* Lead daily operations, project planning, and execution while managing cross-functional BASIS teams to ensure system performance and stability.* Manage and administer SAP Cloud solutions including Success Factors, Ariba, SAP Cloud Foundry, Pa PM, Concur, Work Zone, Integration Suite, and other Saa S/Paa S offerings.* Administer and integrate Identity Authentication and Provisioning services (IAS/IPS) to ensure secure access and identity lifecycle management.* Provide expert-level database administration for SAP-supported databases such as HANA, Oracle, and Max DB, including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and patching.* Administer and troubleshoot SAP on Unix/Linux and Windows-based operating systems, ensuring high availability and performance.* Oversee system management tools and strategies, including backup/restore, monitoring, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) planning.* Drive agile-based delivery of technical projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and collaboration with infrastructure, application, and security teams.* Make strategic architecture decisions related to both on-premise and cloud-hosted SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.* Align the SAP technical platform and architecture with evolving business requirements across key functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Plant Maintenance, and Logistics.* Ensure end-to-end SAP system security, governance, and compliance through effective implementation of controls (e.g., GRC, IAM, SSO, IAS/IPS).* Promote operational excellence through proactive monitoring, automation, and adoption of best practices in system management and optimization.* Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with organizational digital transformation goals.* Stay current on SAP roadmaps and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ML, RPA within SAP ecosystem) to drive innovation and continuous improvement.AUTHORITY / DECISION MAKINGDefine and approve policies and procedures related to SAP Basis, BTP, and cloud operations.Manage vendor and service provider performance related to SAP infrastructure and cloud.Escalate critical decisions to the reporting manager;
