The Asisstant Nurse (AN) provides direct patient care and ensures the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Nurses are responsible for assessing patients’ conditions, administering treatments, coordinating with physicians, and providing education to patients and their families.Key Responsibilities: Monitor patient vitals, observe changes in patient conditions, and report concerns to the medical team.Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures as needed.Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical nursing practices.Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care.Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care plans.Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions.Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of patient care.Ensure compliance with hospital or clinic policies and medical regulations.Emergency Response: Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies.Provide CPR, first aid, or other necessary interventions as needed.Act as a liaison between patients and medical teams.Ensure patients’ rights are respected and provide emotional support when necessary.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized in Dubai or UAE (Nursing license from home country with eligibility to obtain a DHA license is typically required).Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.Specialized experience in areas like pediatrics, emergency care, ICU, or oncology may be a plus.Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient-focused care.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills can be an advantage, but not always required).Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.Other certifications may be required depending on the nursing specialty (e.g., pediatric care, critical care).Send your Profile at hello@whizzhr.com Warm regards,Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Health Care Provider Industries Hospitals and Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Whizz HR by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Nurse” roles.Assistant Nurses
