EMEA-GCC-APECOur client is a one of the most reliable holistic interior fit-out and joinery company in the UAE, capable to deliver high-quality and tailor-made projects, all Joineries are fabricated at its state-of-the-art production facilities operating throughout the UAE markets and employing over 100 dedicated people – all hand-selected from various parts of the world.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals within the UAE market. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills to drive revenue growth and establish our brand in a competitive industry.Working Days: Mon to Sat Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Location: AL QUSAIS 2 DUBAIKey Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and joinery market across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company capabilities and service offerings.Understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and align offerings with project scope and budget.Lead negotiations and close deals with professionalism and speed to meet sales targets.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the industry.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and grow the client base.Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management regularly.Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sold projects.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out and joinery industry.Strong existing network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the region is highly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and close complex B2B deals.Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and market pricing.Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Interior Design and Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Nathan & Nathan by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Sales Executive” roles.Sales Executive
