This project involves rehabilitating an existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to enhance its efficiency and expanding its capacity to approximately 435,000 m3/day. The candidate should have extensive experience with local sewage treatment facilities, including managing construction works and optimizing operations in accordance with specifications.Responsibilities include: Rehabilitation and repair of civil works Extension of the plant to around 175,000 m3/day Rehabilitation of existing 260,000 m3/day STPQualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in equipment and control systems within sewage treatment plants Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical equipment, and instruments used in STPs and pumping stations Experience in infrastructure design and emergency response Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Primavera P3)Strong communication skills in English Decision-making capacity About Stantec Stantec is committed to community-focused design, with over 22,000 employees worldwide.
