Do you love exceeding targets and pursuing new business opportunities? Our sales division is eager to receive your application! As a Sales Manager - Leisure for GCC & MENA, you will manage existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal. You will oversee the GCC local DMCs, wholesalers, travel agents, and retail shops, initiating ongoing sales activities with DMCs and travel agents. Ensuring visibility within GCC retail shops and travel agencies, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and cultivate new business from the GCC/MENA region, including VIPs and royalty segments based in the UAE. Your role will involve positioning Atlantis as a unified destination within the region and communicating its unique differentiators to clients.About You The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working within a 5-star resort or hotel at the managerial level, specifically within the GCC & MENA leisure markets. Fluency in Arabic, leadership experience, a high level of client service, and strong negotiation skills are essential. Experience in Dubai or within a resort environment is highly advantageous.
