With operations in over 10 countries and rapid expansion into LATAM and Asia, we seek a highly experienced Senior Forex Business Development Executive with an established IB (Introducing Broker) portfolio focused on the China Market.Key Responsibilities: Drive new client acquisition through existing IB partnerships and recruit new IBs in China.Develop and execute strategic plans for regional growth.Manage and expand relationships with IBs, affiliates, and partners to increase trading volume and revenue.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in client onboarding and IB recruitment.Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams to enhance local performance.Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within forex or financial trading.Active IB portfolio for the China Market is mandatory.Deep knowledge of forex and CFD products.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English.Ability to work remotely and independently, meeting KPIs.Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.Familiarity with China's regulatory landscape for forex trading.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience with regulated brokerages.Experience with CRM and partner management platforms.What We Offer: Competitive salary plus commission.Bonuses for top IBs within 3 months.Career growth in a fast-growing international firm.Work-from-anywhere flexibility.Additional Details: Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Not Applicable Job function: Human Resources Industry: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
