This is a key hands-on role for an experienced IT support professional with a strong grasp of systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and capable of resolving a wide range of technical issues; from user support and network troubleshooting to incident resolution and vulnerability management.
