This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge software solutions, including AI-driven applications.As a Lead QA, you will be responsible for driving the QA strategy, managing test efforts across multiple projects, and ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong functional background and a passion for quality and innovation.Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure effective quality assurance practices.Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards.Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business units.Monitor QA metrics and drive continuous improvements.Identify, report, and follow up on defects to ensure timely resolution.Ensure testing coverage for both functional and non-functional requirements.Strong functional background is required; technical knowledge is a plus.Experience in AI-related projects and applications is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with automation and test management tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman).Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
