On-Site We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Center Director to lead the daily operations, academic quality, and business growth of The Tutoring Center Dubai. This is a leadership role for someone with both a strong academic background and commercial mindset, who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced educational environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 5–6+ instructors and administrative staff Oversee daily operations and ensure delivery of high-quality academic programs Drive new student enrollments and implement effective retention strategies Maintain strong relationships with parents and oversee student progress tracking Ensure academic alignment with British, IB, and/or American curriculum standards Manage P&L sheets, expenses, and identify revenue generation opportunities Foster a positive, achievement-driven center culture Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE managerial experience leading a team of at least 5–6 direct reports Strong academic familiarity with one or more international curriculums (British, IB, American)Proven ability to manage student enrollment, retention, and center performance Confident working with P&L sheets, expense management, and operational targets Knowledge of Math, English, Reading, Phonics, Study Skills programs Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field Must already be based in Dubai, UAE.Package AED 15,000 – AED 18,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)Sunday to Thursday
