Executive Search General Overview: Our Client, a well-established Insurance brokerage firm is looking to hire a Head of Employee Benefits to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading & and executing the growth strategy of our client's EB Insurance division, while managing Jumbo Accounts and RFPs. You will also be entrusted with providing leadership and direction to a team of EB professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Employee Benefits (EB) division, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.Provide leadership and direction to a team of EB professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.Oversee the management of the EB insurance portfolio, including product development, underwriting guidelines, and pricing tools.Analyze portfolio performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.Market Analysis and Growth Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the EB insurance sector.Identify growth opportunities, market niches, and emerging risks to expand the EB portfolio.Underwriting and Risk Management Provide guidance on underwriting decisions, risk assessment, and pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners in the EB sector.Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to enhance client retention and satisfaction.Compliance and Regulatory Oversight Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.Stay informed about changes in legislation and adjust operational practices accordingly.Develop and manage budgets for the EB division, closely monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as needed.Team Development Recruit, mentor, and develop talent within the EB team, fostering professional growth and succession planning.Requirements: Executive and operational management experience in an insurance company or insurance broking firm for at least 10 years.Experience in managing Jumbo Accounts and creating RFPs.Operational business planning and budgeting for the EB Department.Previously managed business finance for the EB Department.Enterprise Risk Management: managing business and operational risk Staying current on the Legal and regulatory requirements.Ability to oversee Business Processes for the EB department.Exceptional leadership skills.Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.Strong analytical and decision making skills.Excellent in negotiation.Proven ability to oversee change management.In-depth knowledge and practice in all MS Office programmes.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Other Industries Insurance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Intelligent Solutions HR by 2x Get notified about new Head of Compensation Benefits jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Head of Marketing
