Site Interior & FF&E Designer (Sharjah Based)

Join to apply for the Site Interior & FF&E Designer (Sharjah Based) role at Mimar Group (Engineering Consultant).We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interior and FF&E Designer to join our team on-site. The role involves supervising interior spaces and FF&E for hospitality projects, working closely with clients, inspecting installations, and coordinating with contractors.Responsibilities Inspect and approve the installation of FF&E on site.Review and approve colour and materials samples.Review and approve submittals of furniture, fixtures, and millwork.Coordinate onsite with installation contractors.Locate decorative materials, artwork, accessories, and prepare punch lists.Review shop drawings and samples, providing feedback and approval.Ensure all items meet client and project standards within deadlines.Respond to RFIs and resolve site problems related to FF&E.Attend coordination meetings with project teams.Recommend design substitutions and improvements.Manage incomplete or defective work lists, especially near handovers.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.15+ years of experience in high-profile hospitality interior design.Strong knowledge of interior design principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and on-site, managing projects from start to finish.Experience with various materials and finishes.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Work Environment & Benefits Location: Sharjah, UAEDays off: As per site schedule Competitive salary Full medical and life insurance Paid vacation and holidays Training and development sessions #J-18808-Ljbffr
