Do you have the 3D animation and editing skills to produce high-quality outputs across social and digital platforms? If so, we want to hear from you!As a Animator/Editor Assistant, you will create impactful, high-quality 3D animations and video content that showcase Bybit’s crypto products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging narratives and visual storytelling that resonates with Bybit's global audience. This is a dynamic role requiring creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for crypto or fintech.Job Responsibility Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-impact videos for product promotions, social media, and brand campaigns.Motion Graphics: Design and integrate eye-catching motion graphics to enhance video narratives and promotional content.2D/3D Animation & motion graphics: Create dynamic animations that support educational and promotional storytelling.Platform Adaptation: Optimize video and animation content for various platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.), ensuring best practices in format and engagement.Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual assets remain consistent with Bybit’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.Creative Development: Interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas to tell powerful stories that resonate with crypto-savvy and new users alike.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work effectively with video producers, creative directors, marketers, and product teams, ideally comfortable with Mandarin-speaking environments.Filming (Bonus): Operate camera equipment and assist in video shoots when needed, including setting up lighting, framing, and audio capture.Job Requirements5+ years of professional experience in 3D animation, video editing, and motion graphics production.Proven ability to create engaging content for social media, websites, applications and online platforms.Speed and agility to create video, edits, animations and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work with all forms of digital and print mediums and the ability to handle and deliver on multiple projects Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Adobe Premiere Pro/After effects), bonus 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) and file formats like mp4, Mov, gif, Riv, json, etc Full understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and processes Use of AI technology in video production (like Runway, Sora, Midjourney, etc)Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to articulate your thoughts clearly, and deconstruct any video briefs Ability to ideate and produce artwork independently Be a team player within Creative/Brand/Marketing teams Prior experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology sectors is highly preferred.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Art/Creative and Production Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Bybit by 2x Get notified about new Animator jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
