We don't have 'managers' we have 'LEADs'.WE ARE LOOKING FOR a REDtabulous Creative aka General Technician & Plumber to join our inc REDible Engineering team here @Radisson REDWhat we expect from you: Main Duties: Carry out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot/cold water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems, and swimming pools.Attend to replacement or new construction projects including GI, PVC, and cast iron piping, and fabricate necessary brackets supports for installation.Repair or replace bathroom/toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas.Clean all manholes and clear sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.Participate in Energy Conservation Program.Keep the Plant Room, Workshop, and related areas clean and tidy.Perform all types of repair and maintenance work.Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.Occasional Duties: Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.Report to Asst. Maintenance Manager/Team Leader.Interact and cooperate with others in the Engineering Department.Interact and cooperate with guests and outside contractors as directed.Collaborate with other departments for functions, promotions, and festivities.General Duties: Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.Report to Asst.
