This role is part of Salesforce’s Core Sales team, focused on accelerating our presence across the region through strategic account growth and acquisition.As a senior AE in the Business Unit, you’ll play a critical role in shaping account strategy, driving growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to some of the most influential Real Estate firms in the region.About the Role Manage and expand Salesforce’s footprint across strategic Real Estate accounts in the region.Own the vision, strategy, and stakeholder engagement for your accounts.Lead account teams across multiple Salesforce Clouds, driving toward a unified growth target.Focus on Salesforce’s Core AI and CRM solutions, while orchestrating resources across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.What You’ll Be Doing Drive revenue growth across a defined portfolio of high-value Real Estate customers, both existing and new.Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting and effective territory planning.Build and lead complex deal cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives.Serve as the primary executive contact and trusted partner for your accounts.Represent Salesforce with C-level stakeholders to articulate our value in enabling customer transformation.What We’re Looking For Successful, reference-able sales experience, ideally in enterprise software or cloud technology.Proven ability to lead account teams and develop multi-cloud sales strategies.Deep understanding of the Real Estate industry is a strong advantage.Demonstrated track record of closing complex, high-value deals.Experience in business development, net new sales, and expansion strategies.Additional Requirements University graduate calibre.Based in the UAE or willing to relocate within 3 months.Valid UAE driving license.Fluent in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally as needed.Accommodations If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.
