Reporting directly to the Real Estate Asset Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of residential and commercial assets across Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai (through a third-party Property Management companies). The role will support the Real Estate Asset Manager in the following: Support the Real Estate Asset Manager in managing the P&L for real estate, including revenue, Opex, Capex, EBITDA, ROI, and net yield, ensuring alignment with the 5-year business plan.Assist in managing Asset Management and Property Management functions, covering financial operations, leasing, and facility management.Possess strong knowledge of Tawtheeq & Ejari systems to manage access and operations for property management activities.Oversee and manage property management companies and departments (leasing, operations, finance, legal) to ensure effective asset management and maximize revenue and occupancy, with additionally all handover & takeover activities.Supervise all property management activities, including leasing, occupancy, move-ins/move-outs, financial management, utilities, collections, and legal matters.Establish strong relationships with property managers, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Support the development and execution of leasing strategies, working closely with external property management companies and brokers to align with company objectives.Monitor and manage leasing activities to maximize occupancy and income, evaluating asset performance throughout their lifecycle.Work closely with the Facilities Manager to oversee Capex projects, ad hoc maintenance, and renovation works to improve occupancy and asset value.Maintain up-to-date market research records, track weekly/monthly reports, and ensure all asset data and information are properly archived in shared folders and managementsystems, withmaintaining the master information sheets containing key data for all assets.Adherence to internal audit guidelines and address all audit points, while complying with Real Estate policies, processes, and procedures to maintain work quality and service standards for stakeholders.Core KPIs Oversee all Asset Management and Property Management activities to ensure effective asset performance while achieving the company's budget plans and departmental KPIs.Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics or equivalent.A minimumof 7 years of progressive, stable and relevant work experience (Asset Management & Property Management).Strong UAE and GCC network.Depth experience of asset management & property management services to ensure seamless company operations, including leasing, operations, collections, financial processes and models, facility management, renovations, and all Opex categories such as utility settlements and transfers between tenants or owners.Current knowledge and understanding of the local Abu Dhabi and UAE Real Estate markets and current trends in real estate segments.Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Power Point are required Strong analytical and reporting skills, communication skills (Arabic and English), organizational skills and negotiation skills.Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Other Industries Housing and Community Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Al Qattara Investments LLC by 2x Get notified about new Property Officer jobs in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
