SAP and MES are two of the most important pieces of this digital ecosystem, driving efficiency, integration, and innovation across our operations.The Role As the SAP and MES Test Lead, you will play a key role in our digital transformation programs, leading the end-to-end testing strategy for SAP (S/4HANA) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across global business units. You will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful system implementations and enhancements.Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across SAP and MES platforms.Define test strategy, scope, and plans for large-scale transformation projects and continuous improvements.Analyze the functional and technical requirements to ensure their testability, including verifying compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, Gx P) in test documentation and validation.Be actively involved in the design and development of test cases for different types of testing (unit, system integration, functional, regression, user acceptance).Ensure adequate resources (people, tools, environments and test data) are available for testing and escalate any gaps.Manage test teams and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and validation leads.Oversee defect tracking, root cause analysis, and timely resolution in alignment with project timelines.Provide regular status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.6+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in a lead role.Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and MES systems Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)Experience working in regulated industries (Gx P, FDA, ISO 13485).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.SAP Cloud ALM experience is a plus Why Join Us?The opportunity to contribute to an important industry and make a difference in people’s health.You will get an attractive job in an international company that has a strong focus on digitalization and where quality and high precision is in our DNA.Become part of a flat organization with an informal tone, humor, and positive attitude as an important part of everyday life.Be part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Opportunities for growth – both in your role and within the group.Ready to make a meaningful impact?Apply for the position immediately, as we keep the interviews ongoing.Elos Medtech is a multinational company with a presence in Sweden, Denmark, the US, China, Germany, and Switzerland.
