Management Accountant

Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts Analyze deviations between actuals and budget; report variances and reasons Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate projections2. Cost Accounting and Analysis Maintain and analyze standard costing, BOM (Bill of Materials), and overhead allocations Conduct product costing, margin analysis, and cost-benefit assessments Implement and monitor cost control measures across production units3. Management Reporting Generate timely MIS (Management Information System) reports for leadership Prepare financial and operational performance dashboards Support strategic planning through detailed financial analysis4. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Conduct trend analysis and business performance reviews Provide insights to improve profitability and reduce inefficiencies5. Inventory and Asset Management Monitor and control inventory costing and valuation Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory Assist in physical stock audits and reconciliation6. Compliance and Internal Controls Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory norms Assist in internal and external audits Strengthen internal controls to mitigate risks7.
