Our championship-caliber course demands meticulous care, and we’re committed to delivering world-class playing conditions year-round.Role Overview As Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, you will support all aspects of turf management and course maintenance, ensuring playing surfaces are always at their best. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated turf professional to grow toward a full Superintendent role.Key Responsibilities Assist in daily maintenance operations, including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and topdressing Supervise agronomic practices to maintain optimal turf health and appearance Prepare and fine-tune the course to championship standards—especially for tournament play Lead, train, and motivate a diverse, multicultural grounds-maintenance team Implement technical solutions for warm-season grass varieties Support equipment servicing and minor repairs, ensuring all machinery is in safe working order Manage irrigation operations, monitor water usage, and perform basic system repairs Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols across all maintenance activities About You Degree or diploma in Turfgrass Management, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field5+ years of golf course maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity Proven experience with irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repair In-depth knowledge of warm-season turfgrass species and best practices for their care Hands-on experience preparing courses for high-profile tournaments preferred Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Why Join Us?Work at a world-class golf facility renowned for its championship events Clear career path toward a head Superintendent position Collaborative and supportive team environment Competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development How to Apply: Please submit your English CV and a brief cover letter outlining your turf-management achievements and supervisory experience.
