Cybersecurity Talent Acquisition Clinical Specialist – Digital Health Platform About the Opportunity Join a pre-launch digital health platform in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to transforming mental health care, developed in a joint venture with a leading healthcare provider. As a Clinical Specialist, you will champion this innovative platform, driving adoption, supporting clinical integration, and advancing mental health outcomes across the UAE. This role is key to establishing the platform as a leader in B2B and B2C markets.Job Purpose The Clinical Specialist will act as the clinical advocate for a mental health platform, ensuring seamless integration into healthcare workflows and alignment with provider and patient needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build an innovation ecosystem, leveraging AI, data analytics, and interoperability to enhance care delivery during the pre-launch phase focused on scaling operations.Key Responsibilities Platform Advocacy: Promote the mental health platform to healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics), ensuring adoption into clinical workflows to support ecosystem development.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with providers, regulators, and tech firms to align the platform with UAE healthcare goals, driving B2B and B2C engagement.Clinical Training: Deliver training for healthcare professionals on platform features, enhancing mental health care delivery through data utilization.Data Utilization: Collaborate with data teams to leverage AI-driven insights for personalized care and population health, ensuring high-quality data integration and privacy.Feedback Loop: Gather provider and patient feedback to refine the MVP, ensuring clinical relevance and user satisfaction.Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE health regulations, maintaining data privacy and clinical standards.Ecosystem Building: Support the COO in establishing methodologies and frameworks for a collaborative health-tech ecosystem across the META region in the early stages.Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, or a related clinical field.
