The role involves developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting smart pedestrian gates across sectors such as airports, stadiums, public transportation, commercial facilities, and government projects.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sectors.Drive sales of smart pedestrian gates, ensuring solutions meet regional market needs.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including distributors, contractors, and end clients.Deliver product presentations, technical consultations, and demonstrations.Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.Achieve and exceed sales targets regularly.Coordinate with team members to meet company goals.Travel extensively across the Middle East for customer meetings, industry events, and project oversight.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Experience in B2B sales, especially in pedestrian access control systems or related technologies.Proven regional sales management experience in the Middle East.Strong knowledge of pedestrian gate technologies and access control solutions.Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.Understanding of Middle Eastern markets and business practices.Existing network with decision-makers in construction, infrastructure, and smart city projects is advantageous.Fluency in English; Arabic or regional languages are highly preferred.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent worker.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel extensively in the region.At FAAC Technologies, we value diversity and inclusion, welcoming candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
