Responsibilities include investigations, supervision of pipelines, valves, rising mains, and monitoring design and infrastructure work. The role is based in Dubai.Key responsibilities include: Assisting the Resident Engineer in managing daily construction activities, interacting with contractors, sub-contractors, and laboratories.Coordinating with government departments, contractors, and consultants to facilitate progress and prevent delays.Maintaining project logs, preparing progress reports, and conducting meetings with authorities and stakeholders.Reviewing shop drawings, design proposals, and method statements, and preparing related correspondence.Monitoring performance, reviewing design documents, and ensuring safety and quality standards.Preparing as-built records and assisting in project handover and obtaining final clearances.Client Service Management Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients, with experience in utility diversions and management.Safety and Compliance Adhering to safe work practices, company policies, and project quality procedures, including construction design management.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 15 years of experience in pipeline, pumping stations, and infrastructure projects.Experience with DM infrastructure projects is advantageous.About Stantec Stantec is committed to community-focused design, with approximately 22,000 employees across over 400 locations worldwide.
