This is what defines and differentiates us.By working together every day, we're bringing energy to life.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCollaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate the planning and execution of production and injection adjustments, ensuring compliance with mandated key performance indicators (KPIs) for oil production, gas, water, and CO2 injection.Analyze operational data in accordance with production targets, current and historical conditions, including laboratory analysis and plant performance. Identify deviations, initiate root cause analysis, and implement mitigation measures. Provide technical leadership in evaluating crude oil, gas treatment, and water injection units to improve plant performance.Identify and resolve chronic operational issues with plant surface facilities and analyze causes of equipment failures to maintain production availability.Monitor equipment performance, generate analytical reports, identify trends, and advise operating personnel on corrective actions. Review and approve operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.Organize and conduct Field Technical Rate (FTR) and Field Capacity Tests (FCT) to identify operational issues and optimize parameters.Lead/process safety committee meetings, generate reports, and conduct asset integrity audits to ensure safety compliance.Manage daily IWAP, support maintenance activities through Permit to Work, and ensure adherence to WMS HSE guidelines.Serve as On Scene Commander during emergencies, providing oversight and communication with TRT and IMT teams.Coordinate with Reservoir Development and planning teams on production plans, RMP programs, and well activities.Develop and optimize shutdown plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring efficient execution.Maintain facility integrity, address anomalies, and execute subsurface activities related to well integrity.Manage DGS cases, perform risk assessments, and ensure timely mitigation measures.Collaborate with TC and P&C teams during project phases, contribute to design reviews, HSE studies, and safety assessments.Participate in RFC walkdowns, assist during construction and commissioning, and oversee change management processes.Generate reports on process deviations, safety, energy efficiency, and operational improvements.Oversee personnel allocation, monitor facility integrity programs, and develop training programs for operators and engineers.Address audit findings, conduct risk assessments, and oversee high-risk activities.Review and update business continuity plans annually.Mentor and develop young UAE national engineers and operators, facilitate training, and knowledge exchange.Develop and deliver technical courses, evaluate risk registers, and support technology trials.Participate in asset integrity and safety programs, and prepare budgets aligned with business plans.Implement ESG practices, optimize processes for environmental and social responsibility, and ensure regulatory compliance.Provide technical support for maintenance, troubleshoot plant issues, and identify improvement opportunities.Support technology integration, capacity assessment, and new project development in various engineering phases.Present technical papers at international conferences and publish in industry journals.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the oil & gas industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
