Company Description Archirodon, having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance.We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor.Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.Role Summary: Senior Discipline Engineer – Civil & Structural will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, supporting engineering activities from project design through startup and operation. Responsibilities include: Supporting design and engineering efforts related to civil and structural disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.Reviewing vendor drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.Coordinating with project management, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate smooth project execution.Conducting technical evaluations of vendor proposals and assisting procurement in finalizing technical documentation.Providing technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.Ensuring timely delivery of engineering documents and assisting with preparation of material requisitions.Offering guidance and sharing knowledge with junior engineers to support their development.What you will need to have: BE or equivalent in Civil & Structural Proven experience in your respective engineering discipline - Minimum 12years of relevant experience related to Oil & Gas Projects and detailed engineering experience in the field of expertise Technical competence in basic & detailed engineering with strong technical background, and advanced analytical skills in basic and detailed engineering design from project feasibility stage to plant commissioning and startup Previous exposure to international environment Experience using relevant commercial software applicable to Oil & Gas projects In depth knowledge of international codes & standards, international design guidelines & recommendations Experience in Environmental regulatory requirements (local, international), review and understanding of local Environmental Laws would be a definite advantage Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to safety and quality standards.ADNOC Experience is highly preferred.You are someone who: Displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills Can be counted on to achieve goals within schedule, demonstrating a fighting spirit and perseverance Is keen to learn and professionally grow Is flexible and eager to take initiatives Demonstrates sound Project Management Skills Is effective at solving problems, troubleshooting and making timely decisions Displays a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment Is commercially astute What’s in it for you: Professional Growth, Challenging Projects, Collaborative Environment, Competitive Compensation Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams within an international leading EPC group that supports impactful for the local communities’ mega infrastructure development projects - literally around the globe - and encompasses a productive and human-centric culture caring for its people and their development!Please note that you will be contacted only if you are shortlisted for an interview.
