Backed by substantial investment from our strategic partners, Career International, this new hub has been designed to support our long-term vision and scale our presence in one of the world's most dynamic and high-growth regions.We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Level Recruitment leader or individual contributor to join our Dubai, TIG (The IN Group) practice and be a part of the founding team.This role is suited to a high performing and experienced 360 recruitment professional with experience in the Technology & Transformation space within a Recruitment Agency or Executive Search Practice. Ideally you will be located in and have a network within the UAE, although we can consider relocation for a UK based individual if they are proven in winning new business and building a market from scratch.In this market, we plan to build a team of 10–12 FTEs focused on high-impact areas including technology and change recruitment, management consulting, and solution selling. This role represents a rare opportunity to shape a new market, lead from the front, and be a critical force in delivering our vision across the region. This is more than just an agency recruitment role, it’s a chance to build something from the ground up while being part of a wider Group that is transforming the talent industry on a global scale.About The Role As Head of Technology & Change, you will take ownership of developing and scaling our Technology & Change recruitment offering across the Middle East.
