Head of Communications & Events Coordinator - Dubai Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group, the brainchild of Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened 30 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Belgium).Our mission? To share the unique atmosphere of Italian tradition, creating special moments with our customers.Now, for the first time, we're stepping outside of Europe and landing in Dubai, and we're looking for a Head of Communications & Events Coordinator.Your mission is to boost Big Mamma Group's visibility and community in press & social networks across Dubai through marketing strategy, collaborations, PR, and content creation. You will lead the communication strategy for the year, oversee creative ideas, brand identity, and organize events.Press PR & Influence Strategy: Create and lead a creative PR & influence strategy to generate press around Big Mamma and its restaurants in Dubai. Develop the annual calendar of news and activations. Manage and brief our PR agency to secure extensive coverage and visibility through influencers.Public Relations: Build strong relationships with journalists and influencers with the help of a PR agency.Editorial: Write engaging content for press releases, press kits, and interview responses.Social Media Strategy Design strategies and creative ideas for social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In) and newsletters to ensure engagement and growth.Produce disruptive, impactful content (pictures, videos) to meet targets and create game-changing content.Manage website content, information, and evolution.Marketing & Branding Opening: Collaborate with the marketing team to define the identity of new restaurants (brand, name, menu identity, uniforms, photography, videos).Partnerships: Lead development of collaborations to strengthen the brand.Events Ensure the restaurant is well connected within the events, PA, and local concierge community. Achieve targets for event bookings throughout the year and during key moments.Event and privatization coordination: Conduct venue viewings, coordinate events, plan the day, address client requests, organize the event, welcome guests, and brief the team on food and beverage offerings.Report to the Director of Communications & Marketing Group.Big Mamma is an equal opportunity employer.
