Head of Corporate Card Products Cash Management Job Overview As the Head of Corporate Card Products, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, commercialization, and management of FAB s Corporate Card solutions across multiple geographies. This includes developing strategic partnerships, managing the full product lifecycle, and launching cutting-edge digital payment solutions to grow wallet share, client satisfaction, and revenues in the Cash Management domain.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute the global corporate card strategy in alignment with FAB s business objectives* Lead full product lifecycle management including development, launch, pricing, marketing, and review* Drive commercialization of solutions like virtual cards, embedded finance, smart POS, and wallets* Manage partnerships with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), fintechs, and third-party processors* Ensure corporate card products meet market, regulatory, and customer expectations* Evaluate innovations like AI, ML, predictive analytics, and their application in payment solutions* Maintain profitability through sound P&L management, pricing optimization, and revenue tracking* Coordinate with IT, channels, sales, and operations to ensure seamless client delivery* Support complex client requirements by providing tailored corporate payment solutions* Represent FAB in regulatory forums, client engagements, and industry events* Oversee internal controls, documentation, SOPs, audits, and vendor relationships* Ensure compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention are embedded in product design* Create go-to-market plans, marketing collaterals, and channel enablement strategies Required Skills and Experience* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field* 15-18 years of experience in corporate card, payments, or cash management product leadership* Strong experience in driving product launches and managing large-scale payment portfolios* Proven success in P&L management, strategic planning, and digital payment innovations* Expertise in global card systems, clearing/settlement processes, and client ERP integrations* Familiarity with fintech-driven solutions, AI/ML trends, and payment technology frameworks* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills* Demonstrated ability to work across business units, channels, and technology teams* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on service excellence and risk compliance Company Industry Banking Broking Department / Functional Area Finance Treasury Keywords Head Of Corporate Card Products Cash Management Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
