Description
Role - Event Coordinator Type - Outsourced Contract - 6 Months Extendable Salary - 6000 AEDKey Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Coordinate all event details including venue, catering, entertainment, equipment, logistics, and guest lists.Develop event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth operations.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure requirements are met.Arrange event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.Vendor & Budget Management Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues, vendors, and suppliers.Track expenses and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.Process invoices and payments in coordination with the finance team.Marketing & Communication Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, or other channels.Coordinate with design/marketing teams for event materials (banners, brochures, invitations).Handle pre-event and on-site registrations and guest management.On-Site Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for the event day.Oversee event set-up and resolve any issues that arise during the event.Provide support to attendees, VIPs, and stakeholders as needed.Post-Event Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders.Prepare post-event reports, including analysis of costs, success, and areas for improvement.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in event planning and coordination (corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, etc.).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
