This role is crucial for aligning HR functions with the business objectives, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent in the industry. The manager plays a key role in establishing efficient recruiting processes, implementing employee policies, handling employee relations, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. A strategic thinker, the HR and Recruitment Manager works closely with department heads to understand their manpower needs and works proactively to meet these demands with well-suited human resources. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are vital for success in this role as they ensure operational excellence and a positive company culture. Responsibilities Oversee the entire recruitment process by developing and implementing effective hiring strategies. Work closely with department managers to understand current and future staffing needs. Develop and manage an efficient onboarding process for new hires. Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental objectives. Create and enforce policies related to employee management and workplace conduct. Implement training and development programs to support employee career progression. Handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and procedures. Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management for strategic decision-making. Promote company core values and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Manage employee performance reviews and facilitate feedback sessions to enhance engagement. Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers for recruitment and HR service improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Proven experience of at least five years in HR and recruitment roles. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in your industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership. Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems is highly desired. Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives. Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics for reporting.
