About Our Client Our client is a technology company delivering innovative solutions tailored for businesses in packaging, printing, and retail industries. They are looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager for their UAE office (MENA Region). The Supply Chain Manager has a key role responsible for operating out of MENA and Asia regions. Location The Supply Chain Manager will work from Sharjah, UAE. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals. Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to meet customer and production needs. Oversee stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover and reduce excess or shortages. Implement and monitor inventory control systems (First In First Out). Manage the purchasing process from vendor selection to contract negotiation. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and warehousing Handle custom clearances, reporting, and compliance with customs authorities. Ensure timely delivery of goods. Track team performance against KPIs and ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in inventory, procurement, and logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
