The role of the construction project manager - Airport is to establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, introduce and integrate solutions into the project, and lead the team to maximize our share of wallet. The role aims to maximize the share of wallet of large projects by working closely with engineering and sales teams. Main Responsibilities: Build and lead a capture team to maximize revenue and meet profitability standards on assigned projects. Manage projects from acquisition to order execution. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Ensure project compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines. Project Management: Create project plans, set objectives, and coordinate resources from early stages. Hold regular meetings with relevant stakeholders during design and execution. Arrange internal meetings to ensure targets are met. Provide progress updates to Sales VP. Teamwork and Development: Establish strong relationships with all relevant Hilti functions. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering Experience in the Airport construction industry Understanding of commercial, technical, financial, logistic, and legal aspects of complex projects Ability to manage complex deals, meet sales targets, and ensure quality and profitability Experience in engineering & sales Fluency in English (verbal and written) Stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills Solution-oriented mindset Why should you apply?
