AECOM's Undergraduate Program offers UAE Nationals the chance to work alongside some of the best minds in the industry and contribute to projects that shape cities and communities.What You'll Do: As an Undergraduate Urban Planner, you'll support the team on real projects while learning key planning skills. Your tasks may include: Gaining experience with research and report writing in Urban Planning Supporting project managers with meeting notes, presentations, and planning documents Conducting site visits and helping assess development opportunities Learning local planning regulations and zoning codes Helping maintain internal planning resources and reference libraries Contributing ideas on urban planning trends and best practices What We Offer Career Progression: High-performing individuals will be considered for a full-time Graduate position upon completing their degree and offered a spot in our program.Real-World Experience: Work on impactful projects that shape urban environments and communities.Professional Development: Receive mentorship and hands-on training from industry-leading professionals.Flexible Work Arrangements: 18 hours over 3 days with a schedule that fits your classes. Hours can be reduced if needed based on your timetable.Summer Internship: If your university requires a full-time internship, we'll provide full-time hours during the summer.
