Performance & Projects Management Specialist Abu Dhabi, UAE Posted 7 days ago Expires in 2 months Job Objective: To assist in planning, implementing and preparing reports on activities related to corporate performance management, dashboards, performance against social targets, assess social outcomes, Ma’an projects based on leading project management practices.Functional Role: - Assist in developing, reviewing and continuously updating performance and project management framework, standards, policies, processes, requirements and systems for Ma’an aligned to Ma’an’s mission and plans- Provide guidance to Ma’an’s sectors, offices and project managers on their programs including plans, feasibility studies, timelines and requirements- Gather data for developing key performance indicators (KPI) and performance measurement dashboards for Ma’an’s sectors and offices to track their performance- Gather data on the achievements of targets for Ma’an’s sectors and offices, prepare reports, identify challenges, provide improvement plans, follow-up on same and report to the Director General- Support in developing and implementing robust electronic performance and project management systems- Follow up with internal stakeholders for reporting on achievement of strategic and operational KPIs at and support human resources (HR) to assess cascaded KPIs at the individual level- Manage and support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives related to Ma’an- Collect data, evidences, conduct analysis, prepare reports and control dashboards to report periodically on corporate performance including challenges and highlight any potential risks- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to oversee implementation of strategic projects and initiatives- Prepare internal and external reports (including ADEO reports) regarding special projects’ progress and KPIs and report through ECAS as needed- Assist in delivering performance management capability building across Ma’an by driving the design and delivery of trainings as needed- Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.Managerial Role: Strategic Planning Provide input into developing the section’s plan and objectives Plan and manage execution of the section’s objectives and goals in line with the operational plan Contribute to proposing KPI’s for section, in alignment to Ma’an strategic goals Budget Management Provide inputs for preparation of section budget for further review by the director Performance Management Responsible for achieving objectives and goals of the section and supporting team to achieve the same Knowledge Management and Innovation- Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement, creativity and excellence in performance within the section Organizational Role: Governance Ensure adherence and execution of the section's policies and procedures as defined by the division director Ensure compliance of the section to the guidelines defined by the risk management and quality management guidelines Participate and provide inputs in the periodic audit of the established policies and procedures to ensure compliance Management Reporting Contribute to the development of the periodic reports, as requested Propose and recommend remedial activities to manage any quality or non-compliance issues that arise during the review of the section’s performance Change Management Manage the execution of the change management activities in the section including all stakeholder communications as per the approved communication plan, as required Technology Management Contribute to defining of the technology-related needs of the section,including SMART services and system, to drive automation within the direct line of work Professional Development- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work to improve.Skills- University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent, preferably holds a Master’s degree- Experience of at least 3 years in a relevant field, preferably in the social sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
