Intellectual Property Consultant

Position Title: Intellectual Property Consultant Reports to: CEO / Managing Partner Job Location: Axiom Mark Intellectual Property, Business Bay, Al Manara Tower, Dubai – United Arab Emirates.Responsibilities: Must be an Intellectual Property expert with extensive knowledge in handling all stages of Intellectual Property transactions associated with large client portfolios.Bright and judicious skills in professional networking, and must be proficient enough to graciously draw in international clients and associates.Provide consultancy services to clients.Advise and correspond with in-house and international clients at subsequent stages of Intellectual Property transactions, and develop and maintain strong client relationships.Handling routine Intellectual Property matters, starting from preparation and sending of proposals alongside preparation, prosecution, and maintenance of applications.Preparation of documents and correspondence intended for litigation/infringement/cancellation and opposition proceedings.Analyze watch notices and search reports.Review products and marketing materials for IP issues, provide Intellectual Property insights on creative projects, and support in business development-related initiatives of the sector.Periodically conduct educational webinars, workshops, and presentations on Intellectual Property matters on various platforms.Develop and maintain a trained, efficient, and updated team of legal peers.Assist with other Intellectual Property -related administrative tasks and procedures as and when demanded.Requirements: Must be a Law graduate.Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Intellectual Property .Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with good verbal and written skills, and possess excellent vocabulary.Proficient in Microsoft applications.Ability to multitask resourcefully to meet deadlines and priorities.Must be presentable, flexible, and maintain a positive attitude.Willingness to travel on short notice, as and when proposed Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Legal Industries Legal Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Axiom Mark Intellectual Property by 2x Get notified about new Intellectual Property Consultant jobs in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
