About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the full lifecycle of contract administration for development and construction projects. You will be instrumental in the planning, negotiation, drafting, execution, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and driving value throughout the process.Key Responsibilities Pre-Award & Tendering Lead the contracting process from pre-bidding through to execution.Draft and prepare commercial and contractual documents for contractor selection and tender issuance.Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms, including scope, schedules, and financials with vendors and contractors.Participate in tender evaluations and provide contract recommendations.Identify potential contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure all contractual processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.Post-Award Contract Management Administer FIDIC and other contract types, ensuring obligations are met.Manage claims, variations, disputes, and contractual correspondences.Collaborate with cost engineers to verify and defend against claims.Support litigation, arbitration, and settlement discussions when necessary.Monitor contract performance and report progress to stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in contract management within the real estate or development sector.Minimum of 4 years in a leadership or managerial role.Skills: Strong knowledge of contract law and FIDIC standards.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk evaluation skills.Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.Proficient in organizing and managing multiple contracts and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
