HVAC Technician

With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.A little taste of your day-to-day: Your role will include but not be limited to: Handle the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including chillers and cooling towers.Carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas according to the schedule, covering HVAC, basic plumbing, GRMS, and minor interior repairs.Accurately report all tasks performed, including any parts or accessories used, for guest rooms and common areas.Respond to technical support requests and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints and service tickets.Regularly inspect mechanical areas and guest rooms to ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.Maintain an up-to-date daily logbook of activities and observations.Assist fellow technicians when needed and always follow hotel safety standards and procedures.Support and participate in the hotel s energy-saving initiatives and sustainability efforts.Why you will love this job: Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.Learn new skills, receive mentorship, and have opportunities for career growth.Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and fun.Enjoy benefits like staff discounts, and a creative, inspiring workplace.Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.Proven knowledge in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment Basic knowledge in Electrical, painting, plumbing and mechanical repairs Trade diploma or equivalent in HVAC/Air conditioning Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
